For Sudden, Traumatic Loss

Bereavement Assistance

Providing psychological and financial assistance to grieving families is one of this Foundation’s primary directives. We pride ourselves in providing the much-needed support to help alleviate the compounding funeral and burial costs.

Grieving your child

The death of a child is a devastating reality that no parent should ever have to face alone. We know first-hand the enormous task of grieving a sudden, traumatic loss while struggling to cover expenses that no family anticipates.

During this time of great need, a small measure of relief can be taken from the knowledge that you will not have to compromise how you honour your child, due to financial constraints. Applications for assistance are accepted on a rolling basis. We strive to make the first contact within 24 hours of receiving your request and reviewing your case. Unfortunately, not every request can be approved, as we prioritize famili e s based on financial need.
